Meet MADDY
Maddy is a lovely, what appears to be a Lab/Pit mix. She weighs 50 lbs, is 10 years old and has lost her home of the last 8 years. Her human dad (whom she adored) passed away. Human mom had to sell their house and move into an apartment. Maddy had always had a yard and having had very little experience on a leash pulled while on a walk. Mom broke her shoulder, had surgery and cannot take care of her for at least 6 months. For Maddy's sake she's agreed that a new home is best.
With a new human or humans to love, running in a yard of her own again she will soon be a happy girl. She's completely housebroken. Maddy needs a slow introduction to strangers coming into her house. She is protective of those she loves. Maddy has never bitten but will growl. She adores playing ball and is happy with her toys and a nylabone to chew on.
She has always been the only dog in an adult home, so that would probably be easiest for her.
Maddy needs you and you won't be sorry, she will be a super companion.
