MADDY's Story

Meet Maddy!

Maddy is a beautiful 6-month-old maltipoo whose young life has already involved more changes than any puppy should have to experience.

Her original owners gave her to another family who, unfortunately, was not in a position to provide the care she needed. That's how this little girl found her way to Juno's Den.

Maddy is small, frightened, and understandably unsure of her surroundings right now. She can be a little protective when she feels insecure, but underneath that uncertainty is a sweet little puppy who warms up surprisingly quickly once she begins to trust you.

At just six months old, Maddy has so much to learn and so much potential. With patience, consistency, gentle guidance, and a family willing to help her build confidence, we believe she can truly thrive.

We are looking for a foster-to-adopt home where Maddy can settle in, feel safe, and gradually discover how wonderful life can be.

Her ideal family would be active, patient, and committed to helping her grow into a happy, confident companion. We would prefer a home where she can be the only dog, with adults or a family with teenagers rather than young children.

Maddy doesn't need a perfect family. She needs one that understands she is still a baby, that fear doesn't define her personality, and that trust is something we build together.

We want her next chapter to be one of stability, understanding, adventures, and lots of love. Most importantly, we want her next home to be her forever home.

If you think you might be the right person or family for Maddy, please apply at junosden.org/adopt.
