Aged to perfection! <br/><br/>Macy is a 10-year-old, 60-pound chocolate girl who checks every possible box. She is calm and sweet and loves everyone she meets. Macy is leash trained and house trained. She does not need a crate because she is such a refined lady; she wouldnt dream of being destructive!<br/><br/>Macy loves to watch people walk by the house and will sometimes give them a little shout-out. She enjoys being as close to her people as possible. She likes to hang out and observe everything around her but isnt as interested in participating. She would do fine with kids, but she is too sophisticated for rough housing or kids who dont understand that she isnt a young pup. <br/><br/>Macy is a lovely old girl who is still getting used to being in a new home. She will have to adjust again when she is adopted but she really just goes with the flow. She isn't a big fan of stairs, but with the help of Galliprant, she's able to manage the 5 steps she needs to do in her fosters home. <br/><br/>Macy LOVES car rides and outside time. In the morning, she gives a little bark when she wants to go out and of course have her breakfast.<br/><br/>Macy is great with both dogs and cats. She has even been helping with the kittens in her foster home, often letting them sit in between her paws and play with her ears. <br/><br/>Macy is ready to incorporate herself into just about any home and steal your heart with her soft eyes.<br/><br/>Macy will be available for adoption in RI on, or after, July 17th, 2026.<br/><br/>If you are interested in Macy and are an approved adopter, please contact your Adoption Coordinator to be added to Macys list.
