Mack's Story

You must live in the Pacific Northwest to adopt a Boston Terrier through BTRWW. Please go to btrww.org, click to adopt, print the application, fill it out and email it back to btrww23@gmail.com. Our dogs go to families that can best meet that dog's needs.

Meet Mack!

Hi, my name is Mack. I am about a year old, and I weigh 30lbs. I am a special needs boy. I was surrendered by a kind homeless person so that I could have my health issues taken care of. I was a mess. My right eye needed to be removed, and I needed to have a congenital birth defect repaired. My penis was not enclosed and not working very well. That is all fixed and working well now. I am being fostered in Pasco, WA.

They really don’t know much about me. We have no history with children or cats. I need to be an only dog. I am neutered, up to date on vaccines, and healthy. I can sit, come when you call my name. and I walk well on a leash. I am playful. I love people. My favorite things are antlers for chewing, squeaky toys, going on walks, sunbathing, sleeping under blankets and cuddling with you. I also learned to play fetch. I am a pretty laid-back boy. I do bark when I get excited. I am house trained with a dog door. I will go into a crate, but I hate being confined to my crate. During the day I am loose in the house with a dog door to the backyard. At night I am confined to a large hallway area.

My perfect home would have a secure fenced yard, a family that would love and care for me, and include me in their family activities. Someone that has the time and energy that can help me with my training. I would benefit from an obedience class where we can learn together. I have a lot of love to give you. If you are ready to welcome a smart, affectionate and happy dog into your life, I am waiting to meet you! Please go to www.btrww.org, click on adopt, print and fill out an application then email it back to us at btrww23@gmail.com. If your home is full but you'd like to help with my rescue expenses, please donate & share. My adoption fee is $450.
