Mac

Mac is a loyal Pyr looking for a home that is familiar with his breed. It took him a bit to settle in to the shelter environment and make friends with people but now he can be found happily bounding and playing with those he trusts. He previously lived with other dogs but was getting into fights over food items so it is recommended he be your one and only dog. As a working/guardian breed, it would be most appropriate for Mac to live on a farm-type setting where he can thrive. If you would like to start the process of bringing Mac into your life (he will likely take multiple meets before he can go home), call the shelter at 906 632 2519 to set up an appointment. Please call for the quickest response to inquiries as those submitted through FB, Petfinder, and email are not always closely monitored.
