Mabel's Story
Meet our newest rescue, Mabel.

Mabel came to us about six weeks ago after she was found on a busy road. She had a prolapsed vagina and was underweight. We can only assume that she was dumped once her owner figured out they could not breed her and she was going to need medical attention. Since then, she had surgery to fix the prolapse vagina and she was spayed. The vet is estimating her to be about 18 months old. She is heartworm negative. She is up-to-date on all vaccines, deworming, has been given the one year heartworm prevention shot, on flea preventative, and has been microchipped. She has also gained the weight she needed to, and probably could lose a pound or two at this point. She gets along with all the dogs that she has met so far, loves everybody she meets, and so far has shown no interest in cats. This girl has a lot of love to give, and we can’t wait to find her the perfect home.

Our adoption fees vary depending on age, current health, and cost we had to put into each rescue pup.
