Mabel's Story

You'll probably fall in love with Mabel's soft and comically long hound ears first, but it won't be long before you adore her silliness and her sweet, affectionate personality. At ~6 months old, Mabel is a young girl ready to find her own family. She weighs just 23lbs, and while she will get bigger, she is not anticipated to be a very large girl!

Mabel loves to be outside, to play with her toys, and "Take herself on walks" by grabbing the leash. She's also very happy to rest on the couch and get head scratches. She has wow-ed her foster with her sweetness! She loves everyone she meets. She has been respectful and friendly with other dogs on leash. She is a puppy who is working on crate training and potty training, and seeking someone who is willing to help her set up for success!

I'm fixed, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on parasite preventatives. It is $225 to bring me home!

If you are interested, please call the shelter at (541) 474-5458. You can view more adoptable pets at www.jocoshelter.com/adoptions . Walk-ins are welcome, however we highly recommend calling first to check on availability and location (some animals may be offsite or unavailable). Appointments are recommended to reduce wait times, especially for dogs. Thank you!
