Mabel's Story
Mabel is roughly 10ish months old. She is a high energy, husky mix with all of the husky personality, but none of the shedding! It's perfect!
Ball is life, water play is the best, food is life changing, and being with her person is all she wants to do.

Mabel is smart, she was potty trained in less than a week. She is crate trained and knows lots of tricks. She walks fast, she has things to do! She loves all people that she meets, she loves with her whole body, so maybe no young kids for her to knock over.

She is in a house with cats and small dogs. She loves cats and forgets she is bigger than them. She loves dogs, but uses her husky voice when meeting them, so some dogs don't like her. This can be helped with more training!

Mabels Story:
Mabel came to us in April of 2024. She was severely emaciated weighing a total of 13lbs. The vet was unable to draw blood on her first visit as she was dehydrated, so we focused her first week on gettin good food in her body and getting some weight on her. We woke up at 4am less than a week in to sweet Mabel girl having a seizure. We rushed to the emergency vet (35 min away) and she was seizing the entire drive. Upon arrival the vets prepped for CPR multiples times as they flooded her body with medications and fluids to stop the seizing and get her stable. There were multiple times we did not think her little body was going to pull through. She became alert after several hours and we were able to go home with tons of medications and no sleep. She was on a 48 hour watch period, so with lots of coffee and movies she laid on my lap and took all her meds and we prayed her body would stay strong.
She was on meds for over 2 months while she fought the infection. She had a severe double lung infection that aspirated to a seizure. Her last medicine she was taking was for seizures and we honestly thought she would be on it forever, but she was able to drop that as well after 4 months!! She is fully recovered and off all medications and is such a happy, loving puppy. She is full grown at 35-38lbs, but everyone thinks she is smaller than that.
She is a petite little pup that is ready for her forever!
