She came to us from a small Oklahoma pound, where she and her puppies were at risk of euthanasia. Her puppies are now safe, and it is finally Mabel’s turn to find the forever home she deserves.<br/><br/>Mabel is smart, playful, fearless, and incredibly loving. She enjoys chew toys, tasty treats, cuddling on the couch, and wrestling with her foster brother. She knows several commands, including sit, down, shake, wait, and place, and she loves learning and working with her people.<br/><br/>She is fully potty trained and crate trained and has great manners in the home. Mabel walks well on a leash and does well with children. She has also done well with other dogs when introduced properly. Around unfamiliar dogs, she may bark reactively, but she has never shown aggression and is making excellent progress with consistent handling and guidance.<br/><br/>Mabel would thrive with a family that will continue to build her confidence and provide structure while showering her with the love and affection she craves. She is a true sweetheart who is ready to be someone’s loyal best friend.<br/><br/>Mabel is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, on monthly heartworm prevention, dewormed, and microchipped.
