For five years, all they knew was sitting in a crate and having babies. When they were no longer “needed,” we were called — and of course we said yes.<br/><br/>Now these two sisters are learning what it means to just be dogs.<br/><br/>✨ Lyric<br/><br/>Lyric is the braver sister. She will walk right up to you for pets and love. She enjoys attention, seeks out affection, and absolutely lights up around other dogs. We believe she had more human interaction than Whisper, and it shows. She’s friendly, playful, and ready to bond with her person.<br/><br/>🌸 Whisper<br/><br/>Whisper is shy. Not feral. Not mean. Just unsure.<br/><br/>You can’t just scoop her up yet. She’s still figuring out that hands can be gentle and that life exists outside a crate. She follows Lyric’s lead and watches everything carefully before deciding it’s safe. With time, patience, and a calm home, we truly believe Whisper will blossom beautifully.<br/><br/>She is not broken — she just hasn’t been shown the world yet.<br/><br/>⸻<br/><br/>🏡 Their Ideal Home<br/> • A patient, understanding adopter<br/> • A calm environment (another confident dog would be wonderful, especially for Whisper)<br/> • Someone who understands that trust is earned, not rushed<br/><br/>They currently stick close to one another. Where you see Lyric, Whisper isn’t far behind. Whisper follows Lyric’s tracks everywhere. They are very codependent right now, but we do not believe they are truly bonded and can be adopted separately if needed.<br/><br/>That said… we will absolutely offer a discount if someone chooses to adopt them together.
