Lyra's Story

Named after one of the brightest constellations in the night sky, Lyra is a 4.5-month-old Catahoula mix with a mesmerizing blue eye, adorable freckles, and a sweet soul that's impossible not to love.

When you first meet Lyra, she may hang back and take it all in. New people and places can make this thoughtful girl a little shy. But give her a kind word, a gentle smile, and a little encouragement, and you'll be rewarded with a friend for life.

Lyra is the perfect combination of gentle and playful. She enjoys exploring the world at her own pace, soaking up affection, and staying close to the people she trusts. As a young puppy, she'll need a family willing to continue building her confidence and showing her that life is full of adventures worth taking.

Lyra will come with age-appropriate vaccines, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on heartworm prevention.
