What is Franklin County Animal Shelter’s adoption process?

Adoption fees Dogs $40/ Cats $20 with approved application. We do require a meet and greet especially if you have another pet at home. If the pet is not spayed/neutered at adoption it will be the adopters responsibility to have the pet sterilized within 30 days of the adoption per VA State Code and signed contract.
