He is a shy and nervous little guy who finds the world overwhelming right now and needs someone who understands that trust takes time.<br/><br/>Because of his fear and anxiety, Lynn is rescue only. He needs an experienced rescue or knowledgeable caregiver who can provide a quiet, structured environment and give him the time, patience, and understanding he needs to decompress and build confidence.<br/><br/>Lynn may not be the dog who immediately comes running to greet you, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have so much love to give. He simply needs someone willing to see the sweet dog underneath his fear and allow him to progress at his own pace.<br/><br/>His ideal situation would be a calm, patient environment with an experienced rescue or handler who understands fearful dogs and will never rush him. With time, consistency, and compassion, Lynn deserves the opportunity to learn that he is safe and that people can be trusted.<br/><br/>🖤 Lynn is rescue only and is looking for a committed rescue to give him the chance he deserves.<br/><br/>ADOPTION QUESTIONS: All adoptions are handled in person at the Rocky Mount Animal Shelter during normal business hours on a first come first serve basis.
