This beautiful young lady came into rescue July 14th, 2022, and is ready to find her forever home!<br/><br/>Luna has settled in nicely to her foster home. She met the resident cats and elderbull in her foster home and does great! She would love to play with the cats and seeks interaction with them, but is not aggressive. Because she wants to play, she may not be a good fit with cats that are afraid or run from dogs. She doesn't really know how to play with her canine brother as she has not lived with a dog before. But she is very submissive and would likely take her cues from the other dog. <br/><br/>Luna was extremely shy when she came into rescue; she was an owner surrender to a local animal shelter due to the landlord changing the breeds allowed at his rentals. She lost everything that was familiar to her so was terrified at the change in her circumstances. <br/><br/>After several weeks in a loving foster home, she realized that she could adapt to her new surroundings. She learned the new routine very quickly and has now started to act like the puppy that she is.<br/><br/>She needs a family willing to let her take her time to settle in. She has come a long way in her foster home already! She is very smart and has learned some basic commands like sit and down.
