Luna in CO's Story

The adoption process starts with an Online Adoption Application you can find at 'https://www.adoptaboston.com/adoption-application.
Phone interviews do not take place til after an approved application is on file and we have a possible match for your home

My name is Luna . I am 4 years old and weigh 26 pounds. I need a new home because my owner could no longer take care of me. I am being fostered in Denver, CO.

My foster family says I am a very lovable pup! I make fast friends with all humans I meet and am always ready to hand out lots of kisses. My previous owner had to work long hours and I was left in a kennel so I would love to find a home where I do not have to be by myself for too long and we can have lots of adventures together. I love going on walks ... sometimes I pull but only if I see a squirrel or rabbit that needs chasing. I love chewing on my toys, and snoozing on a pile of blankets.

I love snuggling and being right next to my humans!
I have the cutest personality and my humans say they have never seen a Bostie with such pretty, soft fur like mine!

I get along with all humans! I am good with kids and have so much fun with my 8 year old and 5 year old foster siblings! We love playing together and snuggling up to read books and watch tv. I love meeting new people and getting belly rubs.

I would rather not be left alone for long periods of time.
I need someone who has time to spend with me and can help me work on my manners as I do like to jump when I am excited and meeting new people

Here's a little more about me:
Housetrained? - Nearly! I have had a few accidents but once I have an established routine I do not think this will be a problem for me!
Leash-trained? - Yes! I love taking walks.
Rides well in car? - Yes!
Good with other dogs? - Depends! Male dogs tend to make me more on edge than female dogs. After a rocky start with my fur foster sister, we now get along great and like to play together. If I am unsure of another dog, I will get snippy or growl.
Good with cats? - My previous owner had a cat and said I got along well with her
Good with young children? - Yes!
Good with strangers? - Yes!
Shy or confident? - Confident!
Barks? - Only when I am needing a little attention or a dog is making me uneasy on my walks
Apartment qualified? - Yes!
Any Special needs or Health Issues? - No
Adoption Fee? $ 375

The adoption process starts with an Online Adoption Application you can find at ''https://www.adoptaboston.com/adoption-application.

All our dogs are spayed/neutered (if six months and older), up to date on rabies and distemper, heartworm tested, and microchipped.
