Meet Luna<br/><br/>Luna is a 3-year-old Husky mix–type dog with a medium-sized frame and a HUGE heart. This beautiful girl is an absolute lover who thrives on companionship, affection, and simply being around her people.<br/><br/>Over the last week or so, Luna has been enjoying life in a home environment, and she has truly blossomed. While things haven’t worked out due to her energy level not matching well with the older dog in the home, her foster experience has helped us learn so much more about the wonderful dog she is.<br/><br/>Luna loves everyone she meets and has not shown issues with other dogs, cats, or kids. Her favorite thing in the world is being around people—whether that’s hanging out in the yard, following you around the house, or soaking up all the attention she can get.<br/><br/>Although Luna was previously accustomed to life on a tie-out, she has absolutely been loving the freedom and joy of a fenced-in yard where she can safely run, play, and explore. Because of how much she enjoys that freedom, we would love for her future home to have a secure fenced yard if possible.<br/><br/>Luna is truly a happy, affectionate dog looking for a family that can match her loving spirit and active personality. She’s ready to be someone’s loyal sidekick and best friend.<br/><br/>Please note: Luna is currently not housed at CCHS and is available by scheduled meet only.
