Luna - ADOPTED!'s Story

DOB: 10/3/2023
Weight: 13#

Luna is vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed, spayed, microchipped with lifetime registration to the rescue, heartworm negative (12/2/2025) and on monthly prevention, etc.

She was an owner surrender. She required alot of training and socialization. But is ready for an amazing home. She's fairly confident now, well-tempered, and extremely affectionate and snuggly.

She would do best with another small playful dog or maybe even a kitty or as an only dog with someone that works from home and can keep her engaged.

She's pretty well crate trained and house trained now. Her previous owner had a doggie door. So, it took her a while to build up to holding her bladder. She's pretty good on leash. But could benefit from a little more leash training.

She is very well tempered and isn't remotely aggressive. But she's young and can play a bit rough and is vocal and so sounds ferocious even though she's not. She likes to bark when it's feeding time and will sometimes bark at the other fosters to annoy them and get them to chase her. She's good in the car and they loved her at the vet.
