Meet Luna, a beautiful 1-year-old (born 1/14/25) Bull Terrier/Black Lab mix with a big personality and an even bigger love for life! Luna is a high-energy, curious girl who’s always ready for her next adventure. She would thrive with an active adopter who enjoys staying on the move and can keep up with her zest for fun.<br/><br/>Luna walks great on leash and is doing wonderfully with her training. She’s spayed, microchipped, and up to date on most of her vaccinations. At around 50 lbs, she’s likely fully grown. She is potty trained and already crate trained, giving her a great foundation in her new home.<br/><br/>Because of her enthusiasm and playful energy, Luna would do best as the only pet in the home and in a household without small children. With the right match, Luna will be an incredibly loyal, fun-loving companion who’s ready to be your adventure buddy.

Please submit an adoption application at bigdogrescueproject.org/adopt to begin the process of adding a new best friend to your family. Applications will be pre-screened and references checked. Most dogs are fostered in Texas until matches are made. Transport is scheduled and paid for by Big Dog Rescue Project to Washington, Oregon, and New Jersey. Let us help you find your next Big Dog! Because we do not have a kennel facility all dogs are either fostered, or spend time in a doggie daycare facility in Plano TX interacting with our volunteers before making their way to Washington State.
