Meet Luna, a spunky 1-year-old spayed female Alaskan Malamute looking for her forever home! Luna was surrendered to us and has been enjoying life in a foster home, where we’ve learned so much about her sweet and playful personality.
Luna is great with both dogs and cats, but she’s the type of dog who needs a strong, confident companion to help guide her—think a dog that will call her out and put her in her place. She’d thrive with a dog that has a similar, energetic personality, like a shepherd, husky, or Alaskan Malamute. Older, laid-back dogs won’t be the best fit for her.
She’s full of love and cuddles and has tons of energy for playtime. Luna is smart, eager to learn, and will benefit from consistent training to teach her things like not jumping or stealing. She’s been around children and did well with them, making her a great fit for a family.
Luna is a wonderful dog who just needs the right home to help her shine.
