Long legged Luna: About 3 years old 48 lbs. Mixed Breed<br/><br/>She is around 48 lbs., but before anyone gets any ideas: she is NOT fat. This girl is genuinely big boned, ridiculously long-legged, slender, and elegant. Basically, 48 lbs. of legs and supermodel proportions.<br/><br/>What breed is she? Excellent question. We have no idea. She came to us with her sister, who was basically her twin, so whatever mysterious genetic recipe created Luna apparently came in a two-pack.<br/><br/>Luna may have the tall, elegant supermodel look, but then she flashes that huge, happy grin and ruins any chance of taking herself too seriously.<br/><br/>She does great with other dogs, happily ignores cats, and is a great leash walker. She is also up to date with preventatives for flea, ticks & heart worms.<br/><br/>If you want a tall, gorgeous girl who can walk beside you like a supermodel and then grin at you like a complete goofball, Luna is your girl.<br/><br/>+ Shelter staff informs: <br/>While we can't guarantee that this dog is 100% house trained, it is a very clean dog that spends days in a big outdoor run and nights in sleeping quarters. We also find no bedtime accidents in the morning. We do not know for certain how this dog would do living with children, as we do not know if it ever lived in a home environment with kids yet. However, this dog has not shown aggression toward any humans, of any age, at the shelter. As with any dog, we always recommend careful supervision and slow responsible introductions and interactions when children are involved.
