Luna's Story

How this pet arrived:This pet was brought in by their previous owner on January 26, 2026. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Luna! This precious girl may be shy with new faces and places, but once she feels safe, her sweet nature shines through and she forms meaningful bonds with her people. In our care, she has made great strides in opening up to her familiar handlers, soliciting affection, playing with toys and even getting the zoomies! She loves going on walks and is excellent on leash. Luna will require ongoing daily medication to help manage her hypothyroidism and would thrive with a patient family who respects her boundaries and discomfort with certain types of handling. If you're ready to open your heart and home to this sweet girl, you'll be rewarded with lots of love and companionship in return! At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. This pet is now ready for their new home! Primary Color: Cream Weight: 42.8lbs Age: 4yrs 9mths 1wks Animal has been Spayed
