Luna's Story

Luna is a 7 year old, petite, medium sized lab/terrier mix girl. She is housebroken, crate trained and a very well mannered, calm girl at home with her people. Luna can be timid and particular when interacting with new people and other dogs, she is best with calm, polite humans and calm polite dogs - her ideal home would have a quiet household with no small children and calm, patient humans taking things slow. While we would prefer to place her in an only dog home to reduce stress on her, a calm, very polite other dog could work okay. No kitties, please. <br/><br/>Luna is spayed, current on vaccines and healthy. Her adoption fee is $150 and includes free training classes, a free bath and nail trim from Scenthound and 30 days of free pet insurance through MetLife.

Happy Trails Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
An adoption application is required, as well as an in-person meet and greet with the dog. We DO NOT ship dogs out of the area, we are located in Central Florida and all adoptions must occur in person. Adoption requirements vary on a dog to dog basis, our goal is to find a dog that is the right fit for you - and a home that is a great match for the dog. We keep our adoption fees as low as possible, but adoption fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are honest and upfront about everything we know about the animal you are adopting, and expect you to put serious thought into the commitment of adoption before moving forward and be committed to the dog life-long.
