Luna 26-8729's Story
💛 Luna. Must be adopted outside of Minot City Limits. Unclaimed from City of Minot Animal Impound Services, she is a sweet girl that enjoys lounging in the sun and observing her surroundings. She isn't much of a snuggler, from our observations, but does enjoy the company of her people. She has done well in our care and walks past other dogs that are kennel reactive with verbal direction. She occassionally gets hackles when walking past other dogs; they started out from head to tail when she first came in and now only raises her hackles above her shoulders (if she does). Due to frequent outings on her own, without her previous parents around, she is no longer allowed within City Limits. She would approach other people when she was unsecured which created uncomfortable situations. She does NOT have any bite history. So long as Luna is secured appropriately, there are zero issues with her around a neighborhood. Luna is food reactive with other dogs (and likely other animals) so we recommend her always being fed in a crate for safety purposes if she is in a home with another dog. Owners must also be able to safely manage food, treats, and snacks. Luna is housebroken and ready to find her a retirement home to snooze in the sun 🌞
🐾 To adopt; tinyurl.com/AELAdoptionSquadOur adoption process is simple, relationship-centered, and provides supportive education. You can expect your adoption interest to go like this:
1. Submit your electronic form
2. An AEL representative will contact you to schedule a phone call or adoption counsel session.
3. Come to your adoption counsel session to meet the pet you're interested in and ready to take them home with you (dependent on the pet, some need more than one meet)
4. If the pet is determined to be a good fit with your family by both you and the AEL representative, you will sign your contract, submit your adoption payment, and take your new friend home!

Let us know you're interested here: http://tinyurl.com/AELadoptionsquad
