Lumpy

Lumpy is a loving, sweet boy who we would say has a medium energy level. His breed is actually "Old English Bulldog" which means he is taller than the English Bulldogs. He is 5 yrs old. <br/><br/>Lumpy would prefer to be the only dog. He was attacked as a puppy and it was not properly handled and he was never desensitized to other dogs again. So he does not like other dogs but don't worry, this boy has all the love to give! <br/><br/>He is full of smiles, butt wiggles and with all his antics, he will keep you laughing for hours. He loves to give kisses and wants to be with you. <br/><br/>Just because Lumpy can't live with other dogs does not mean he can't walk past other dogs and be near them. He has had an intensive inboard train with Colt's Canine Club and has done wonderfully. He can do class with other dogs, be in the middle of a circle with other dogs circling him and just watches. Lumpy would prefer a home with a fenced in yard. He does great with kids of all ages. He loves walks. He is kennel trained, potty trained, knows sit, wait, down, and so on. He leash manners are wonderful and can walk past other dogs with no issues! <br/><br/>His adoption fee includes a discounted 6 week training course with Colt's Canine Club, LLC. <br/><br/>If interested, please email ColtsRehabRescue@gmail.com<br/><br/>Please note, we have a very detailed adoption process: <br/>Email us for an application. Fill out adoption application and send it back. We will do reference, background and vet checks. If you rent, we will contact the landlord. If it is all good, then we do a virtual home visit. Then, we setup a meet and greet. If all is well then you sign the paperwork and take the pup home.
