Lumi

Meet Lumi! 🐾

Lumi is a beautiful 3-year-old Rottweiler Kelpie mix with a sweet, playful personality. She loves spending time with her people, enjoys having fun, and is always ready for an adventure.

Lumi is currently working on her manners and continues to make great progress with positive guidance and consistency. As a smart working-breed mix, she will thrive in a home that can provide her with ongoing training, enrichment, and regular exercise.

Due to her size and enthusiasm, Lumi would do best in a home with older children who can confidently interact with an active dog. She is looking for a family that will appreciate her affectionate nature, encourage her learning, and include her in their daily activities.

Although Lumi is playful with other dogs, she lacks skills when reading social cues, and would fit best into a home where she is the only canine companion.

If your interested in Lumi, please fill out an online application or come into the Maple Ridge Shelter to complete a paper copy. Due to many applications we receive daily, feel free to call us or come in once completed. We run on a first come first considered basis, and our visiting hours are 1-5pm every day except holidays.
