Eight Paws is comprised entirely of volunteers, all who have separate daily jobs and careers. Her previous owner abandoned her because of excessive barking even after vocal box surgery. <br/><br/>About Him/Her<br/>Lulu is an affectionate girl who loves kisses, belly rubs and pets. She showed her belly to the rescuer on the first day when she was rescued. She gives kisses to the foster mom every day and enjoys tug of war. <br/>Many people find just an easy and quick way to solve a dog’s issue rather than working with the dog. The previous owner didn’t walk the dog and didn’t try to work with Lulu. After she is rescued, she rests well by herself in her bed all day. <br/><br/>She can be too excited if she is unfamiliar with the circumstances and she barks and moves around. However, she is actually very calm, playful, smart, and learns quickly. The first day she arrived in Canada, she learned the “wait” command. She waits in front of the food and she waits before walking if the foster mom says so. She loves playing tug of war. Her walking manner is also great, constantly checking the foster mom.
