Lulu's Story

Lulu was picked up several months ago with her mom and 4 siblings after being found abandoned in a rural conservation area. Unfortunately, the kind person who picked them up did not have time or resources for them either and so they ended up in a small pen. They were and still are in rough condition. I offered to help get them vetted and try to find homes for them.
One pup passed shortly after arriving to this new property and two pups have found homes. No one lives where they are being kept and they are just fed once a day and checked on. Little interaction.
Mom has a pending meet and she is a German Shepherd mix and very smart. We do not know what the dad was, so no idea their full breed history. Lulu and the other tri color female are left and urgently seeking help. I do not want them to spend another grueling day alone out there and soon it will be bitter cold winter.
Lulu is outgoing and very excited pup. She is still super submissive to new people, places, and animals, but has been exposed to cats other dogs and goats and sheep and done well. She is around 1 and has been fixed, vaccinated, negative heartworm test, de wormed and on prevention. They dont like to be cooped up and often try to get out of the pen. They have only been outside that we know of so training, time, and patience will be crucial for these pups to ensure they master potty and kennel training. They have gotten sick when we took them to the vet appts, so car rides must be pretty new to them.
Lulu and her sister are free (we wont adopt them together to avoid littermate syndrome, but she is more reserved and shy and will be posted as well) we will require vet references or a meet and greet at the adopters home.
I really want to see these last few babies find loving homes!!
Call or text me for more info
Michaela 6607235010
