Luke (Madaac Guy)'s Story

Luke is estimated to be 1-2 years old. Luke is good with small and big dogs. No cats - he has a high prey drive towards the cats and will constantly be looking for them. He is friendly with people. He paces when he has to go potty but it will take forever to get him to go. Very sensitive and very treat motivated. He's a very good boy. Catches on pretty quickly. Got him to sit and down with a couple treats. Not sure about kids as he has not been exposed. Will jump on you when he gets excited. Does pretty well on a leash but will pull when excited. LUKE'S CURRENT FOSTER HOME HAS CATS SO HE NEEDS A FOSTER OR ADOPTER ASAP.

Mit Liebe German Shepherd Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy

All MLGSDR rescues are given a thorough check-up by our vet, including heartworm and parasite testing, spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and given age-appropriate vaccinations. They are then placed in foster care for at least (3) weeks, taught basic obedience and manners and socialized before they are available for adoption. All adopters are required to complete a basic obedience class with their new dog as stated in the adoption contract.
