Meet Luke! Luke is a handsome 3-year-old boy with a gentle soul and a heart full of love just waiting to shine. While he may take a little time to warm up to new people and unfamiliar environments, once he forms a bond with someone, he becomes deeply connected and incredibly loyal. Luke thrives with patience, kindness, and consistency, and in return he offers endless affection and companionship.<br/><br/>After spending time in the kennel environment since November 2025, Luke has continued to make steady progress each week and has truly begun to come out of his shell in foster care. He is currently working on leash training and learning that things like cars and the outside world are not as scary as they may seem. Luke will need a dedicated adopter who is willing to continue helping him build confidence and show him that the world can be a safe and positive place.<br/><br/>Once comfortable, Luke's playful side shines through and he loves to act like a big puppy. He enjoys playtime, attention from his people, and being included in daily activities. Luke also does amazing with other dogs and would likely benefit from a canine companion in the home.<br/><br/>Luke is looking for an adopter who understands that trust takes time and is willing to continue supporting his growth and confidence. Watching Luke open up and learn to enjoy life has been incredibly rewarding, and he deserves a family that will continue helping him succeed.<br/><br/>Luke is currently in foster care and is not physically located at our facility.
