10/25/2025<br/><br/>Luka II is an owner surrender looking for a new home.<br/><br/>Hi! My name is Luka II ! I am a handsome 5 year old flashy brindle boy that is an owner surrender due to my family moving and their lifestyle is too busy for me. I am bonded with my brother Jetson and love him very much so it is important that we remain together during this transition. I am described as friendly, active, smart, calm, playful, affectionate, and obedient! I am dog friendly and have been to dog parks many times and done well! I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. I currently live with three kids (ages 8-13 years) and love them and am very patient with them! Sometimes I get a little too excited and forget my size and will accidentally knock over a small child but I mean no harm! I am house trained, crate trained, know basic commands, know how to ring a beep to go outside, and at night I sleep in my kennel or my dog bed. I am allergic to children flavored dog food and will get very sick if I eat it. I'm perfectly fine eating cooked chicken, just not chicken flavored dog food. If the humans must be away, I am fine and hang out with Jetson. If being cared for while the humans are on vacation, I do best when meeting the caretaker multiple times. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, squeaky toys, balls, getting rubs and affection, and being involved with what the humans are doing! My current family says I am the protector and will let you know if someone is at the door. Once they are welcomed in, I tend to think they are there to see me!
