Luka needs lots of intellectual stimulation. He's a dream dog for someone well versed in positive training methods who wants to pursue any dog sport. He's food motivated, and he loves to work. <br/><br/>Luka gets along well with other dogs and would enjoy a sibling or two with similar drive and playfulness (lots of each!) He's unsuitable for a situation where he must spend a lot of time alone or make do with a quick walk around the block every day. <br/><br/>Luka is curious about but gentle with cats, can amuse himself with toys to a certain extent, and is aching to form a profound bond with his new person or family. He is submissive in a herding-puppy way, extremely responsive, biddable, and very cuddly. He gives lots of light, quick kisses.<br/> <br/>Luka will do well with older, dog-savvy kids. He's not a good match for toddlers because he is small. <br/><br/>Luka is house trained, uses a dog door, sleeps on his foster mom's bed, and is ready to pour his soul into the next chapter of his life. He has been neutered, has had age-appropriate core vaccines, has an implanted microchip, and has received parasite treatment. <br/><br/>This boy has huge potential; his handler will have a blast developing his skills.
