*Husky or similar breed experience REQUIRED!*<br/><br/>Meet our handsome and fluffy Husky boy named Luis! Luis is about 3 years old and he was surrendered to our shelter when his owners could no longer care for him. He is a sweet goofball who will steal your heart! Luis is a playful boy who loves to chases around squeaky toys in our backyard. He knows how to sit and he will do this politely waiting for you to throw a toy. Luis is an active dog who would love to go to a home with a family where he can get all the attention he wasn't getting in his last home. He really is a nice boy who deserves a stable home! We are looking for a home for Luis that has experience owning Huskies or similar breed types. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.<br/>Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.<br/><br/>An approved application does not guarantee an adoption.
