Luigi's Story

If you're building your roster and still missing a difference-maker, meet Luigi — a 1-year-old, 50-pound Lab/Hound/Boxer mix who's ready to be your franchise player.

Luigi is an energetic, athletic young dog who has been putting in serious work during training camp. He's learning trust, sharpening his manners, and building confidence week by week. He might start the game a little cautious during warm-ups, especially with new people, but once he settles in and understands the playbook, he shows heart, loyalty, and a strong desire to please.

This is not a benchwarmer. Luigi needs an active home that's ready to keep him moving. He has the stamina and drive to be a running or jogging partner and thrives when he has a clear routine and regular exercise. Think structured practices, daily reps, and consistency — that's how he performs at his best.

Luigi is dog-friendly and does well with teammates, which helps his confidence and keeps the locker room vibes positive. He's already house-trained and crate-trained, and he comes with two professional training sessions so his adopter can keep building on the solid foundation he already has.

Luigi isn't looking for a short-term contract. He's looking for a committed adopter who understands that confidence takes time, teamwork matters, and the best wins come from showing up every day.

So while everyone else argues about commercials and halftime shows, Luigi is waiting for someone to make the call, sign the papers, and take him home.

If you're ready to draft your MVP and commit to the long season ahead, apply to adopt Luigi today. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and is available now through Paws Across Pittsburgh, Springdale, PA KL# 16182.
