Lucy's Story
LUCY IS A COURTESY LISTING:
Lucy is a spayed, approx. 10 year old female Weim with a docked tail that was given up because her family was expecting twins and relocating to New Mexico. She's about 55lbs, current on all shots, and recently had her teeth cleaned and one tooth extracted.

It seems Lucy was an outdoor, backyard dog and when her current mom first got her she was spooked when they went out on the streets/sidewalks but she has settled in nicely. She's not good with other dogs, but current mom thinks it's just a leash aggression thing. The previous owners said she was fine in a dog park. Lucy is now excellent on a leash, walks on her mom's left side and doesn't pull. Lucy has a strong prey instinct so NO cats.

Lucy is incredibly sweet, fine with kids and enjoys being in the house with humans. She's not much of a barker and is fine left home alone.

Lucy's current mom recently developed severe allergies and needs to find Lucy another home. Lucy's re-homing fee is $75.00. If you are interested in adopting Lucy, please contact her current mom:
Felicia Hickey
(917) 623-2757
fah1616@gmail.com

AWCR has no additional information.
