Lucy's Story

Meet Lucy I'm about 4 months old and around 17 pounds, and my foster mom thinks I may have some Australian Shepherd in me — although I'm a rez girl, which means my family tree is officially classified as “mystery.” Maybe Australian Shepherd. Maybe several different kinds of Shepherd. Perhaps a sprinkle of husky. Who knows?! Whatever my heritage, one thing is certain: I am seriously beautiful.

When people meet me in person, they tend to “oooh” and “ahhh” and tell me how pretty I am.

But I'm not just a pretty face. I'm a happy, outgoing and playful little girl who loves being with her people. I enjoy attention, I enjoy adventures, and I just enjoy life! Im a happy girl.

I'm also a pretty impressive little puppy when it comes to my manners. I'm already house trained, crate trained and leash trained and I sleep peacefully through the night in my comfy wire crate. No whining and no accidents!

And let's talk about dogs!

I LOVE my dog friends. I live with other dogs (10 pounds to 75 pounds) in my foster home and do great with them. I'm playful, social and enjoy having canine buddies around. My foster family is helping me learn all about being a good little dog roommate, and I'm doing a terrific job.

At 4 months old, I'm still very much a puppy, so I'm looking for a family who will keep guiding me, giving me plenty of playtime and helping me continue to learn as I grow.

I'm sweet. I'm social. I'm playful. I'm smart. And according to basically everyone who meets me, I'm also ridiculously pretty.

Interested in adopting? https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/ Adoption Fee: $300 — includes spay, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming and microchip.
