Lucy's Story
Lucy is a spayed female Shi Tzu approximately 3 - 4 years of age. She and her sister or mother Ethel were left on the front porch when their previous owners moved. She was filthy and very matted but has been groomed since. She loves to sit in laps and plays well with Ethel.
