LUCY is a sweet, 10-year-old, spayed Chiweenie who loves treats, short walks, and is pee pad trained. She enjoys both kibble and wet food, and she particularly loves Zuke's Mini Naturals Chicken treats. LUCY is a loyal lap dog who truly loves to be the center of attention. She can often be found curled up on the couch or bed with her owner, and sometimes she might even think she’s a cat when she climbs up onto the back of the couch or recliner! She previously interacted well with cats, but in her older age she has become more clingy and would do best as an only pet. Lucy is longing for a loving and devoted dog parent who will spoil her and give her all the love, attention, and snuggles.<br/><br/><br/>This pet is spayed or neutered in accordance with our strict policy wherein all animals are altered prior to adoption. This pet is de-wormed, current on vaccines, and started on monthly flea/tick preventatives.<br/><br/>Animal Alliance does not adopt adult dogs (over 9 months old) into households with children under 9 years of age due to the risk of bites. Puppies 9 months of age or younger can be adopted into households with young children ages 4 and older.
