She is back on the market & paws crossed for an understanding human who will give her a chance to fully settle in

Lucy is 1-2 years old, and 8-9 pounds. She has done well with other dogs. In true tiny terrier nature she can be a little bossy at times so a more laid back companion likely best Lucy has done well with a dog savvy cat on occasions, and may do well in a home with experienced felines. Given her more timid nature, she is requesting a home without small children

Lucy is a sweet, affectionate little dog who firmly believes personal space is overrated. If you're looking for a constant companion, shes your girl! Lucy loves curling up in your lap, putting herself under the covers for peak coziness, or simply keeping a loving eye on you at all times.

Lucy does experience some separation anxiety when transitioning to a new environment. With decompression and patience, she settles in and finds routine, realizing she is safe. After not knowing a loving, long term stable environment, she just needs someone understanding of the process when introducing a new dog to their life. Her foster mama has been wonderful and happy to provide insight for best success.

Lucy is an independent fetch champion. She doesn't wait around for someone to throw the ball..she will happily toss her toy in the air, chase it down, and repeat like it is her full time job. It is one of her cutest (and most entertaining) talents. Her second? Dancing for treats.

Lucy is a big fan of car rides and travels not only like a pro but cooperatively. Short trip or long adventure...she is all in! She also LOVES the beach and knows how to have a good time Lucy is well behaved, and truly a good girl.

If you're looking for a loving, loyal companion who will keep you company, make you laugh, and fill your home with warmth, Lucy is ready to be your new best friend.

Philly Rescue Angels
Kennel License 18024
P.O.
