🐾 Meet Lucky – Our Playful, Food-Motivated Little Goofball!<br/>Hi friends! Texas Pit Crew here — your local 501(c)(3) all-volunteer, foster-based rescue in Wichita Falls, Texas. We pull dogs from tough situations and give them the love, medical care, and training they need in real foster homes while they wait for their forever family. Today we want you to meet our sweet and silly puppy, Lucky!<br/>Lucky is an adorable 2-month-old (about 8–9 weeks) male puppy rescued from Animal Services. He’s a mystery mix who will grow into a medium-sized boy. He’s already microchipped and up-to-date on his puppy vaccinations and medical care.<br/>This little guy is full of playful energy! Lucky has a medium energy level and absolutely loves zooming around the house, playing with our other dogs (especially medium and small ones), and chasing anything fun. He’s very food motivated, which makes training a breeze — he already knows the command Sit! He’s also a big fan of chewing on cardboard (puppies gonna puppy!), so he’ll need plenty of appropriate chew toys in his new home.<br/>Lucky does well in new environments, handles car rides like a champ, and is comfortable with both men and women. He’s an easy-going pup who is good with people and shows no major behavioral issues beyond normal puppy antics.<br/>A few notes about Lucky:<br/>• Good with other dogs (especially medium and small)<br/>• Unknown with cats, small animals, or children — slow, supervised introductions recommended<br/>• Sometimes a little anxious when left alone, but mostly playful and happy<br/>• Has perpetually watery eyes, so the fur under his eyes stays a bit moist (just part of his cute face!)<br/>• No known health issues, allergies, or special needs<br/>Lucky would do best in an active household with someone who can keep up with his playful spirit and continue his house training, crate training, and leash work. A house with a yard would be ideal for him to burn off energy with safe play sessions, though he may adapt well to apartment living with enough daily playtime.
