Below is her description written by her current rescuer who can not keep her any longer.<br/><br/>"Due to personal and health related reasons, I must rehome Luca and am looking for a new home for her ASAP. <br/><br/>She's a very sweet girl and loves my cats, but unfortunately with my fibromyalgia and other chronic health issues, she is just too much for me to handle. As a probable yellow lab and heeler mix, Luca is a very energetic girl, and deserves a home where she can get the playtime and exercise she needs. I work full time and by the time I am off work I simply do not have energy left to do much more than take her out to potty, and she deserves better than that. <br/><br/>I had hoped when I rescued her earlier this year that I could give her a good home, but sadly my current lifestyle and the one she needs do not work out in her best interest. <br/><br/>She is super sweet and loving, playful, good with cats and other friendly pets, and would make an excellent family dog. She's very aware, and notices when someone is nearby. She needs plenty of love, affection, and exercise. Luca loves playing outside (especially at the park and in water fountains) and going for long walks, but also great with bedtime and enjoys couch potato cuddles. She is crate trained.<br/><br/>She is current on rabies and other vaccinations. She tested heartworm negative, and has been given heartworm prevention pill.<br/><br/>$75 rehoming fee for individuals. No fee for a legit rescue group or shelter. Comes with a copy of vaccination papers and rabies tag, plus all her supplies. Kennel, bed (technically a kennel mat, but slightly too big for her kennel), toys, collar and lead, slow feeder, water bowl, and a partial bag of dog food inside a food storage bin."
