He's the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. During the day, you'll find him happily chasing a ball or squeaky toy—although don't expect him to bring it back! When the excitement winds down, his favorite place is curled up in a cozy blanket on the couch, soaking up all the snuggles.<br/><br/>Luca would be perfectly happy as an only dog, but he'd also enjoy having another playful canine companion to romp around with.<br/><br/>At mealtime, Luca eats two small meals a day alongside the resident dogs in his foster home. He has free access to bones and chew toys and has proven himself to be a very respectful houseguest. He doesn't chew on things he shouldn't, so your shoes are safe!<br/><br/>While Luca wears a leash and harness without any trouble, long walks aren't really his thing. He'd much rather burn off his energy with a few joyful zoomies in a securely fenced yard before coming back inside to relax.<br/><br/>Luca is working hard on his potty training and is making great progress. He has his morning routine figured out and heads right outside when he wakes up. At night, he sleeps quietly in his crate and keeps it clean and dry until morning. He's very treat motivated, making continued training both fun and rewarding.<br/><br/>Luca gets along well with other dogs and children, making him a wonderful addition to many different types of families.
