Luca's Story

Luca originally came from an abusive home. Shut down, heartbroken, and days away from euthanasia at a shelter, Luca had almost no hope until a foster stepped in and saw the kind, loving dog beneath the fear. Since then, Luca has made incredible progress. He loves attention and to snuggle up close to his trusted people. He is fully housebroken, crate trained and has excellent leash manners. He is very friendly with other animals and lives happily with both dogs and cats. Luca is ready for a fresh start with someone who will give him the gentle, consistent love he deserves. While he tolerates men and is not aggressive he is much more comfortable with women so a female centered home is recommended.

Luca is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.

Our Rescue is 100% donation based all the way to adoption.
