Meet Louie! <br/><br/>Louie is a handsome one year old, 55 pound, side-kick who would love to find a forever home where he can play, hike, see other dogs, and be spoiled. Louie loves ear rubs, but he's not a kiss you on the lips type dog. He's too cool for that. Okay maybe if NO ONE is looking. <br/><br/>Louie was rescued from a small, rural shelter. The night before he was to be euthanized Tammy, the volunteer, took him out for extra time in the yard to see the stars and enjoy a last night. Then she called me.... she said she just couldn't see such a special, loving, young, healthy guy not see another star-lit night. <br/><br/>AND so, Louie became part of our rescue... <br/><br/>Louie is good with other dogs. We are working on leash walking. He's so happy to be walking around and not over the rainbow bridge, he just wants to see everything. <br/><br/>Please give Louie the home he's been dreaming about ever since Tammy told him what a real home would be like while they stared at the stars... <br/><br/>for an application: karoline.carlson@gmail.com
