We get it....it's not a great picture. He was so excited to be out playing in the grass it was the best we could do. We'll get a better one. Louie was surrendered to us when his owner was forced to move. It was a sad day and it was easy to see how attached they were to each other. He's a very sweet and playful boy but he is a little shy around new people. It does not take him long to warm up. He's a great little dog.
