He is playful and energetic, yet also loves TV snuggle time and to cuddle in the bed. He is such a happy fellow. He does play with other dogs, but we think Louie would be best as an only dog where he can be the center of attention. He loves to go for car rides. Through totally no fault of his own he has been through multiple homes in his short life and deserves someone who will make him the center of their world. Adoption donation is $900, which includes microchip.
