Louie's Story

<font face="comic sans ms" size="2" color="teal"> <B>Louie was adopted by a couple who are obviously Yankee fans since his new name was going to be "Mattingly". However, they decided to stick with a name that indicated his humble beginnings, hence he is now called "Bourbon" (for Bourbon St in New Orleans). Litters upon litters are brought in every day from all over the Gulf region so this disaster will be with us for many years to come. </I><P>Louie (as in Armstrong) is a 7 week old tiny pup who was just whisked out of the Gulf region. The first thing we did was give him a bath which he mightily resisted but finally settled down once he was resigned to his fate. He is playful and curious and likes to be outside with the family. Louie has been vaccinated with his 1st puppy shot and is on heartworm and flea & tick preventative. He is probably going to be a big boy when he grows up. He is not house broken and will need a lot of training as puppies usually do. If you are ready for such a little tyke in your home please fill out an online application located on our Home Page.
