Lou Lou's Story

Stay tuned and watch my transformation!

Severe Atopic Dermatitis with secondary chronic pyoderma,

Heartworm positive,

Teeth are extremely damaged, canines and incisors are severely worn down,

Homeless,

Yet this girl is extremely friendly to anyone she meets and has not lost faith in humans.

Lou Lou was found wandering the roadside in Chickamauga and after a week of being on her own, it was obvious that no one was looking for her. A incredible family scooped her up and took her home without a second thought, they are literally the reason Lou Lou has been able to get help! She has been to the vet multiple times and while she is improving, she has a long road to recovery ahead. Clearly she has a medical condition though the neglect and lack of providing veterinary care has made this situation much more agonizing than it ever had to be. This dog was suffering! She is currently on oral medicine as well as Cytopoint injections. We are confident that she will return to a more manageable state very soon! Dr.Rucker has estimated her to be around 5 years old and she currently weighs 58 pounds.

Stay tuned to our Facebook page and follow along to watch her fabulous transformation!

DONATIONS NEEDED FOR CONTINUED VETERINARY CARE!

Now accepting pre applications for adoption

You can find my form "Adoption Application" at: https://form.jotform.com/240324856487161
