Louie is a big-hearted goofball with classic Rottie confidence and charm. At 3 years old, he’s strong but walks beautifully on leash and knows how to be gentle—especially when it comes to treats (his favorite part of training).<br/><br/>He’s a total lovebug once he knows you—leaning in for affection, rubbing up against you for pets, and yes, even trying to sit in your lap like he’s pocket-sized. <br/><br/>Louie is happiest when he’s near his people and thrives in a home where he’s included in everyday life.<br/><br/>A few of Louie’s highlights:<br/> • Crate trained and house trained<br/> • Currently in a foster home with a female dog <br/> • Lived with cats in a previous home<br/> • Knows basic commands (but likes to test boundaries)<br/> • Loves crinkle toys and anything he can toss around like a rope toy<br/> • Enrolled in group training classes with his foster<br/><br/>When Louie’s bored, he’ll find ways to keep himself busy—usually by turning household objects like shoes or toilet paper rolls into his own toys.
