Lou's Story
Lou- We are going to start the search for a very special home for her. She is around 4 years old and all sheās known really is a dog run. The world is all new to her and quite scary but thankfully she is willing to learn. It just takes awhile. Lou is amazing on a leash! She literally velcros to your leg if you have the leash. She is good in her crate. House training is a trial and error. We think we have it figured out now by giving her time outside in an xpen area to go potty as she isnāt a fan of going potty on a leash. You also cannot give her complete freedom of the yard yet as sheās hard to catch/scarred to approach you on her own still. Sheās good with other dogs. We will ask no children for now as they will scare her. We will be asking new adopters do umbilical training with her (you can google this) as this is what she needs to blossom. She is a dog who is going to take months and possibly years to be her true self so a patient home is a must. <br/>If you feel you can offer her what she is going to need to help her grow please apply from www.prairiepoochesrescue.com ā¤ļø
