Lottie's Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This sweet girl has come a long way and is ready to find her forever home. She was found with a dislocated hip and no one came forward for her. She underwent medical care and does not have any lasting effects.

Lottie does have a chronic skin condition that vets suspect may be a result of repeated and untreated flea infestations. We’re hoping that continuing her high quality diet may resolve this, or at least improve. We are feeding her a sensitive skin and stomach diet (chicken-free) in the chance that she has a food sensitivity. She prefers her kibble mixed with wet food, which we abide by as she was thin when she arrived and we want to keep her healthy! Her age is a bit of a mystery, with estimates ranging anywhere from 6 to 10 years old. She has beautiful teeth and gets around extremely well, so we suspect she's on the younger end of that range and has just had a hard life!

She gets along well with dogs and cats and truly loves everyone she meets. Lottie is happiest lounging in the yard, playing with her toys, and soaking up all the pets she can get. She doesn't do well in a kennel but she is fully potty trained and non-destructive so a kennel really isn't necessary. Just make sure your garbage is closed! She LOVES a car ride. When you leave the house she fully expects to be included. She hops in with ease and is excited the entire way.

She does require a fenced yard and a leash when out. She loves to follow her nose and her recall isn't there, even for a treat!
